Each wholesale account in our region is managed by one of our professional team members.  We conduct line card reviews and explore and schedule meetings appropriately regarding areas of interest.  We track decision makers, product managers, pertinent sales personnel, branch level management and more.

Customer Service and Sales support

Our inside sales support allows us to be an asset and add on to your customer service and order management.  We track orders in our system as well as projected ship dates and work with you to create a workflow follow up that allows the best communication and delivery on customer expectation.  In the rare event that orders are late it is our goal to assist in informing our customer ahead of that time to minimize the inconvenience.  This portion of our services has grown tremendously as planned orders have been a more common request from our manufacturers.
